Applications:

GM1280 Improved pendulum pulverizer is mainly used in chemical industry such as grinding glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, paper. Hardness below seven Moh’s hardness following humidity below 6% non-flammable and explosive materials. Such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore soil, chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc.

Superiority:

1.Host Improved -- The increasing grinding space and force, achieved by heightening roller & ring and enlarging blade, increase production capacity.

2.Reducer Improved -- Compared with past single rotating speed, the modified reducer’s rotating speed can be adjusted optionally as per requirement, production capacity increased by improving grinding force.

3.High Classification Accuracy -- Classifier adopts built-in large taper blade turbine classifier. The outlet fineness can be adjustable from 80-400 mesh (depending on different passing rate).

4.Cyclone Collector Improved -- More effective collecting efficiency is achieved by adopting super large cyclone collector.

5.Air Blower Improved -- It is equipped with high pressure air blower. The wind pressure is doubled and pneumatic conveying ability is improved greatly.

6.High Capacity & Low Power Consumption -- 30% production capacity is improved compared with 4R3220’s.
