Introduction:
VSI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a new generation of crushing and sand making equipment developed by our company according to the actual working conditions of VSI Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, combined with advanced technology at home and abroad, and according to the actual situation of domestic building materials. The equipment adopts computer PLC automatic control, easy grading adjustment, fault detection and data monitoring. Control has more advantages. It has been proved by practice that the equipment is the most advanced crushing and sand making equipment at home and abroad with high stability, large capacity and small wear.

Working Principle:
Stone less than 50mm enters sand making machine though conveyor belt. Stone is crushed by hitting other stones. Material falls down to impel or cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times; finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported to sand washing machine; however overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customer’s requirement. If input size is larger than the designed size, other crushing equipment will be necessary.

There is only one pump working in normal use. When the value of the pressure and flow rate do not reach the set value, or when the first pump fails, the second will open automatically, to ensure the normal operation of the host.

Hydraulic arm design greatly reduces maintenance costs.
4>Bearing Bit Thermostat
Bearing bit thermostat and pump automatic cycle ensure that the temperature inside the bearing cartridge similar to the oil in the tank to prevent the winter freeze.
