Introduction:

Decoration gypsum board production line produces ecological combined gypsum boards by various raw materials with special process. It adopts new type metering system. Construction gypsum powder, glass fiber, glue and other additives enter into screw conveyor at a certain proportion. Then it continuously enters special mixer. Molded plaster wall panel features a good cleaning performance, also features fire-proof, heat insulation, noise insulation, radiation-free, etc., able for various decoration applications, quite suitable for decoration industry.

Production Process:

1>. Preparation and Dosing Unit

Preparation and dosing unit does material metering, dosing and slurry mixing works.

Consists of architectural gypsum conveying system, dry additive conveying system, powder storage system, metering feeding system, powder mixing system, liquid material preparation system, liquid material metering conveying system, etc.

2>. Mold Forming Unit

Molded plaster wall panel gets shaped and patterned in mold forming unit.

Consist of framework, transmission system, mold trolley, mold, slurry leveling device, vibration section, trolley table cleaning device, etc.

3>. Mold Removal Section

Consist of mold removal device, chain pushing device, mold turnover device and conveying device.

4>. Finishing, Coating, Trimming and Packaging Section

In finishing, coating, trimming and packaging section, panels get natural sunlight dried, corners polished, defects repaired, surface coated, packaged and stored.

5>. Automation and Controls Platform

The plant applies PCL system, mainly for quantitative control of preparation and dosing unit.

By detecting slurry density and size and responding the data to metering feeding system and liquid material preparation system, quantitative dosing control is achieved.

Technical feature:

1>. Adopts pinless mixer, easy maintenance & feeding; solve the problems like agitation uneven, internal block, plugging etc.

2>. Adopts new metering system for feeding, which ensures raw materials enter into screw conveyor in a certain quantity

3>. Install high speed rotating rollers for scattering the slurry quickly

4>. Adopts inclined scraper with cleaning device which ensures smoothly surface

5>. Adopts fully automatic demolding device for circulating production
