Introduction:

Our waste gypsum board turnover machine is a key component in automated production lines, during the production and stacking process, some of the gypsum boards will be damaged, and these damaged gypsum boards need to be picked up before packing, and our waste gypsum board turnover machine is designed to turnover gypsum board stack from horizontal to vertical state( from 180° to 90°), which will allow the operators to pick up the waste gypsum board by hand easily.

The whole machine is composed of the machine frame, pedestal, transmission motor, transmission chain, hydraulic station, and motor, rollers, etc. Our machine replaces manual flipping of gypsum boards and greatly improves the speed of picking out waste gypsum boards from gypsum board stacks through excellent mechanical rotation performance. It can also improve the overall efficiency of gypsum board packaging and stacking.
