The sand-powder intergrated mill system consists of a crusher, elevator (hopper), belt feeder, main machine, reducer, classifier, blower, feeder, piping system, dust collector, electrical control system; sand screening system, etc.


Large raw materials are crushed by a jaw crusher into materials smaller than 30mm, lifted to a storage hopper by a bucket elevator, and then quantitatively fed into the sand-powder mill 

cavity by a belt feeder for grinding. The grinding roller device supported on the star rack inside the main machine rotates around the central axis. The material is lifted by the shovel blade and thrown between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to be impacted and crushed. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding roller device swings outward and clings to the grinding ring tightly. The fine powder is blown by the airflow of the blower to the classifier above the main machine for grading and screening. Those that meet the fineness requirements pass through the classifier into the dual cyclone collector. After gas-powder separation, the settled discharge is the finished fine powder.


Sand particles slide out of the main machine along the inner wall slide and are referred to as unified sand (0-5mm). The unified sand is transported to the elevator and sent to the sand screening system for screening to the required gradation (such as: 10-20 mesh, 20-40 mesh, 40-80 mesh, 80-140 mesh). Unwanted coarse sand and fine sand (such as coarser than 10 mesh, finer than 140 mesh) are returned to the hopper.


Excess gas is directed into the dust collector through the exhaust pipe, where the fine powder brought in by the exhaust gas is collected. The purified exhaust gas is then discharged, achieving environmental protection production while regulating the balance of system airflow.
